The Ministry of Energy of Mining, the Direction of information systems, Economic Analysis and Documentation launches an invitation to national and international tender for the design and realisation of the Energy and mines investment guidebook.

From the first day of its publication on the BAOSEM bulletin, and upon presentation of the proof document of payment of an amount of one thousand Algerian Dinars (1000 DA) to the control receipt of the Ministry of Energy and Mine, the bidders will submit in the first phase their technical proposal without reference to the price, with the specifications required and related to the tender document.
The technical offers must be sent under double and sealed envelope. The envelope must contain inside only the technical offer with the initials and the corporate name of the bidder.
The external cover must be anonymous with the following mention:

The deadline of the technical proposed is fixed to forty five (45) days from the first release of the call to tender on the BAOSEM Bulletin n°230, November 28th 2005. Every tender received after this limit is considered null and void, in witness with the date stamp
The retained bidders will be invited in the second phase submit their financial offer. The bidders will remain committed by their financial offers during ninety (90) days.
