Bids opening has been rescheduled to 9 April 2005 at 12:00 AM, at Algiers Mercure Grand Hotel.

Therefore, bids including the initialed contracts must be submitted by hand under double seale envelopes before 10:00 A.M on 9 April 2005 at :

- External envelope must only mention :

A l’attention de M. TAKHERIST, Project Leader.

- Interior envelope must mention the name (s) of the tendering company (s) and the indentification of the project.
