The Society National SONATRACH, Activity Downstream , launches an offer call to the National Competition & International Opened ADM/GNL/06/2005 n° for:

Study of domestic use of bupro As combustible

Tenderers or their representatives duly elected interested parties by the present offer, must withdraw the file of offer call at the level of the legal service/department finances to the above- stated address, against discount to the legal service of non repayable sum of three thou-sand hundred dinarss Algerians (3000DA) on cash of accounts department.

Submissiveness established in three (03) copies of which a (01) original and two (02) copies accompa- nied by pieces required by the in force regimenta-tion, must be sent by station or set down to the General order Office under duplicate fold sealed to the indicated above address.

The sealed outside fold must be anonymous and must only include the following mentions:

Offer technique to the title of the first stage / to not to open

The call of offers will take place in tow (02) stages:

To the title of the first stage the offer should contain:

A technical proposition, without no indication of price.

All variants that the tenderer wishes to propose and their justifying technique.

The date limits technical offer receipt is fixed to fouty five (45) days to count of the date of release of the present Call of offers in the BAOSEM (15 March 2005).

The seal of the General order Office making faith.

All submissiveness received after this date, will be considered like hopeless and non avenue.

The technical offers will be publicly at the level open of the ADM plant to the address knew indicated.

After assessment of offers to the title of the first stage, tenderers answering to criterias of admissi-bility and having an offer judged technically accep-table will be invited to participate in a meeting, during which offers of tenderers will be examined and all rectifications and / or necessary changes will be noted and will be recorded in the verbal suit of the meeting and carried in the notebook of loads reviewed for the second stage.

Alone the admissible candidates and having put back to the title of the first stage a complete and technically acceptable offer will be invited to submit an offer to the title of the second stage.

Offers put back to the title of the second stage will understand:

A financial proposition containing all slips of prices required.

Offers presented to the title of the second stage should be put back at the time of the sitting of public opening of the commercial offers at the date and hour announced in the invitation to participate in the second stage and will be in public immediately open after, in presence of tenderers or their representatives duly elected.

The commercial offer should have a validity of 180 days to count of the date of commercial offer receipt.
