National and International Call for Bidding N°02 / ANPM / SE / 2007
The National Agency for Mine Assets (ANPM) is launching a Call for National and International Bidding on the nine (09) mining sites mentioned hereunder for exploration:

Bidders interested in the call for bidding may withdraw the tender document for each site as of 06 January 2007 from the National Agency for Mine Assets ( ANPM ) located in Algiers , Val d’Hydra Tour B against the payment of an amount of :
$ 300 for foreign companies, payable by payment to ANPM Account n°609.310.100.069-39 at the Banque Nationale d’Algerie (BNA) 119, rue Didouche Mourad Alger.
The same amount converted into Algerian Dinars based on the exchange rate of the day for Algerian registered companies, payable by payment to ANPM Account n°609.200.013.110-69 at the Banque Nationale d’Algerie (BNA) 119 rue Didouche Mourad Alger.
After the withdrawal of the tender documents, companies may have access to the technical documents of each site, available in the Data Room open for this purpose as of 06 January 2007 up to 30 May 2007 located at the above mentioned address.
The present call will be achieved in two stages:
The first stage: The technical Offer.
The second stage: The financial Offer.
Each set of the technical offer which must include the documents set out in the tender documents must be put into an anonymous sealed envelope bearing the sole mention:
The four envelopes mentioned above must be put into an external anonymous envelope bearing the following mention only:
The date of submission of the bids is set on 05 June 2007 at the headquarters of the National Agency for Mine Assets between 08 am and 10:30 am.
The opening of the bids will take place in a public session in the presence of the bidders or their duly mandated representatives on the same day and the same place of submission at 10:30 am.
In line with the basic technical offer as set out in the tender documents, bidders who are selected during the first stage will be invited to the second stage to submit their financial offer.
The opening of the bids of the financial offer will take place on the date and the time set by ANPM in a public session and in the presence of bidders or their duly mandated representatives.
