AVIS D'APPEL D'OFFRES NATIONAL ET INTERNATIONAL N° 01/2006

En application de la loi n°01/10 du 11 Rabie Ethani 1422 correspondant au 03 juillet 2001 portant loi minière, l’Agence Nationale du Patrimoine Minier lance un avis d’appel aux investisseurs aux fins d’attribution par adjudication de titres miniers d’exploitation ou d’exploration, pour les gîtes de substances minérales.

Les substances proposées sont :

Pour les titres d’exploitation : Agrégats, Ciment et autres, Marbre et Pierres Décoratives, Argile, Sable et Grés.

Pour les titres d’exploration : Agrégats Ciment et autre, Marbre et Pierres Décoratives, Argile, Feldspaths, Gypse, Sable et Grés, Sel, Zinc.

A cet effet, le Ministère de l’Energie et des Mines, organise, une exposition permanente qui aura lieu du 21 Mars 2006 au 22 Avril 2006, au siège du Ministère sis, Val d’Hydra, Alger.

Les investisseurs intéressés pourront, durant ces journées, après inscription sur un registre ouvert à cet effet, procéder, moyennant la somme de 10.000,00 DA pour chaque gîte sollicité, au retrait :

d’un cahier des charges fixant les clauses et conditions applicables à la mise en adjudication de titres miniers de petite et moyenne exploitation minière, d’exploitation artisanales , ou d’exploration ;
les fiches techniques des gîtes proposés.

La date de clôture de la vente de ces documents est fixée au 22 Avril 2006.

Le dépôt des soumissions est fixé à la date du 23 Avril 2006 de 8 h 00 à 10 h 00 suivi de l’ouverture publique des plis, à la salle de conférences du Ministère de l’Energie et des Mines sis, Val d’Hydra , Alger.
