NOTICE OF A NATIONAL AND INTERNATIONAL INVITATION TO TENDER

The Group ENOF pursues its operations development and investment.

it enters into the development and valorization of its kaolins deposit Milia (SOALKA Subsidiary) and optimization of its processing plant capacity is 350.000 Tons per year.

The deposit is characterized by :

• Important reserves
• Good quality of the raw material.A local demand in growth and real opportunities for export
• An ideal geographical localization
• Proximity of the port of Jijel
• Availability of all needed commodities and infrastructures : roads, railways, electricity, gaz and water.

The companies interested in the present Call to tender are requested to obtain the Schedule of conditions and requirements after the payment of 5000 dinars or its equivalent in foreign currency from the General Management of ENOF at the following address: 31 Rue Mohamed Hattab - Hacène Baddie - El Harrach Alger - Algérie.

In the case of payments in Algerien dinars : Either by transfer in favour of ENOF Spa acct. n°640 300 300 034 - 57 National Bank of Algeria Bordj El Kiffan Agency or by a cash deposit to the General Management office (address as above) who will issue a receipt.

In the case of a transfer in foreign currency: By a transfer in favour of ENOF Spa acct. n°640 310 010 012 - 96 National Bank of Algeria Bordj El Kiffan Agency.

The tenders drawn up in conformity with the Schedule of conditions and containing the administrative documents required should be in 3 copies enclosed in two sealed envelopes. The outside envelope should be anonymous and made out only to the addressee, with the following mention :

" Open National and International Call to tender No 2-DG-2005 Tender " not to open "

The offers should be deposited to the General Direction at the address indicated above. The deposit of the offers is fixed to January 15, 2006.
