The triennial program 2002-2004 aims, at the end the three next years, to launch work in 188 localities (including 7 extensions), for the connection of more than 358,000 hearths. The mode of financing selected is given below:
| Transport system and propane pumping stations : | 100 % from the State budget |
| Distribution network: | 50% from Sonelgaz budget, 50% from the State budget |
| Citizens: | 10,000 Dinars/hearths |
2. Consistency of the program
According to the sources of financing the program is distinguished in three components:
2.1 Program support for the economic revival
