the setting of specialized agencies to promote research and development in this field,
the development of sensitivity and popularization actions for the purpose of these energy sources promotion,
the setting of an institutional environment necessary to give impetus to real renewable energies development programs.
The creation of small and medium services companies specialized in the installation and maintenance of equipment, engineering, surveys and consulting.
Considering the stakes represented by these long-lasting energy sources, the authorities
have established the prevailing and strategic feature of renewable energies through the institutional frame recently
defined.
