The envisaged targets for development are:

• The operators must make efforts in order to modernise their production tools,
• Seeking foreign partners holding capitals, technology, and commercial networks for developing mining activities.
• Development implementation of mining products like: phosphates, salt, marble, non-metallic substances, gold, diamond,…
• Increasing exportation of mining products,
• Enhancing mining research and important financial means are mobilised by partnership.

The main purpose is to impulse a new impetus for developing mining sector which will contribute in a way constant to the economic revival. For that, is currently carried out to the revival of the sector by the reform of the legislative framework (New Mining law) and organisational in order to promote the mining activities.

Promotion and development of mining activities are based on the general principles as it follows:

• Mobilisation of important means for mining research and encouragement of partnership with foreign mining companies.
• Development in partnership of resources which are not developed
